End-to-end mechanical works for a luxury residential development, from design review and planning to installation, testing and commissioning: water supply, sanitary and drainage networks, water storage, pumping and filtration, plus energy-efficient central air conditioning, ventilation, ductwork and chilled water systems. Delivered on time and within budget, in compliance with Saudi building codes and international safety standards.
A comprehensive storm water drainage system for one of the region's most critical infrastructure projects: main pipelines, lateral connections and inspection chambers, catch basins, manholes and culverts, and outfall structures, using precast concrete components and corrosion-resistant materials.
